The first tournament of the newly formed First Stop Outdoors Bass Tournament Series is in the books and was a huge success, especially considering the less than perfect weather we had for the day. Much of the day was spent fishing in the rain, but luckily, the temperature and the wind were not severe and we were able to have a full day of fishing.
Forty-three teams competed for the guaranteed $2000 first prize and the team of John Curtis and "Perch" Paterson took home the big check and the Big Fish money as well.
